JUNOR İNGİLİS DİLİ OLYMPİYAD (JEO)

   "Junior English Olympiyad", 2020-ci ildə Unicep və  International Competitions & Assessments tərəfindən qurulan, qeyri-kommersiya təşkilatıdır. Bu təşkilatın əsas məqsədi, ingilis dilinin önəmini vurğulamaq, müxtəlif ölkələrdən olan uşaqları bir araya gətirmək, ingilis dilində biliklərini yarışdırmaq və müəllimlər arasında əməkdaşlığı artırmaqdır. "Junior English Olympiyad" əsas hədəfi, bütün dünyadan ingilis dilinə maraq göstərən gənclər arasında dostluq münasibətləri, beynəlxalq anlayış və olimpiyada hərakatına dəstək verməkdir.

JEO-da 2023-cü ilin 15 sentyabrında I-VI sinifdə oxuyan şagirdlər iştirak edə biilər.

Onlar aşağıdakı kateqoriyalara bölünür:

  • Kateqoriya 1 – I sinif
  • Kateqoriya 2 – II-III siniflər
  • Kateqoriya 3 – IV-V siniflər
  • Kateqoriya 4 – VI  sinif

JEO iki mərhələdə təşkil olunacaq:
- Seçim turu
- Final turu

Seçim turu haqqında məlumat:

  • Müsabiqə tarixi: 17 dekabr 2023
  • Müddət: 60 dəqiqə
  • İmtahan formatı: kağız sənəd 
  • Sual forması: Çox variantlı test
  • Qeydiyyatın son tarixi: 15 dekabr
  • Nəticələr: 20 Dekabr 2023
  • Qeydiyyat haqqı: 55 azn

     

  • İmtahanda iştirak edən  hər kəsə sertifikat verilir.

    🥈Hər kateqoriya  üzrə top 20 faiz  gümüş  medal, sertifikat, finala vəsiqə

    🏆Finalda ancaq medalçılar yüksələcək.

Category 1 (Grade 1)
  • Collocations, Synonyms, Antonyms, Identify the word from the Picture, Words Related to Animals, Phrases, Idioms, Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs, Adjectives, Articles, Prepositions, Conjunctions, Contractions, Word order, Punctuation, Simple tenses.
  • Search for and retrieve information from various text types like stories and look for specific information in short texts like messages, invitations, etc.
  • Ability to understand situation-based variations in functions like thanking, greeting, asking for permission, introducing (oneself), etc.
  • Higher Order Thinking Questions

Category 2 (Grade 2 and 3)
  • Homophones, Collocations, Spellings, Gender, Singular-Plural, Words related to animals, Household things, Clothes, Basic emotions, Food, Animals and Pets, etc.
  • One word Substitution, Synonyms, Antonyms, Nouns, Verbs, Adverbs, Adjectives, Contractions, Articles, Prepositions, Conjunctions, Tenses, Punctuations and Jumbled words, Basic Questions, Question Tags, Proverbs, Idioms, Word order, etc.
  • Understand information through pictures, Time-table format, etc.,
  • Acquire broad understanding of and look for specific information in short texts like messages, Invitations, etc.
  • Ability to understand situation-based variations in functions like apology, greeting, introduction, request, etc.
